Family Nurse Practitioner

Nichole Bajek is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C) accredited by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and a veteran of the 145th North Carolina Air National Guard. She began her nursing career in 2006 as a registered nurse and has been practicing as a nurse practitioner since 2012.

Raised in Gastonia, North Carolina, Nichole now resides in the Charlotte area. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) and a Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, in addition to an undergraduate degree from Queen’s University in Charlotte. Her clinical experience includes years of work in the emergency department, where she gained expertise in acute care.

Motivated by a desire to move beyond reactive healthcare, Nichole pursued advanced training through the Worldlink Medical Academy of Preventive and Innovative Medicine. She specializes in helping patients achieve their health goals, implement strategies to reduce chronic diseases associated with aging, and improve their overall quality of life with a proactive and personalized approach. Nichole  embraces utilization of bioidentical hormone therapy to support patients in managing symptoms of menopause and andropause, empowering them to feel balanced and revitalized.

Outside of work, Nichole enjoys spending quality time with her teenage children, caring for her horses, and breeding French Bulldogs. Her dedication to her patients reflects the same passion she brings to her family and hobbies, emphasizing the importance of balance, wellness, and a vibrant lifestyle.
